Tamaqua police have cited two borough residents for misuse of the emergency communications system.

Yusef C. Flynn, 36, and Paullet M. Pacenza, 30, of 130 Schuylkill Ave., were cited for disorderly conduct after their security alarm system kept malfunctioning, sending five false alarms to the Schuylkill County 911 Center on Friday.
