State police at Lehighton reported investigating a crash at the intersection of Route 209 and Spruce Hollow Road in Towamensing Township, Carbon County, about 10:01 p.m. on Sunday.

Troopers said Matthew Nauroth, 22, of Saylorsburg, was driving a 1998 Ford Taurus northbound on 209 when John Buchanan, 67, of Burke, Va., driving a 2009 Toyota Camry, pulled out from Spruce Hollow Road into his path and a collision occurred.Buchanan sustained minor injuries and Nauroth was not injured.
