A traffic stop by Pocono Mountain Regional police has led to a charge of driving under the influence against the driver.

Police said Kurt Gesualdi, 42, of Tobyhanna, was stopped about 2:41 a.m. on Friday, April 25, along Route 611 at Hemlock Drive, for several motor vehicle code violations.Gesualdi showed signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests. He taken to the county DUI center where he refused to submit to a blood test.Charges will be filed, police said.
