State police at Fern Ridge said Cody B. Formisano, 19, of Jim Thorpe, has been cited for harassment.

Troopers allege that Formisano became intoxicated and threatened physical harm to a 40-year-old male. The incident occurred about 4:45 p.m. on April 23 at 326 Wild Creek Drive in Penn Forest Streams, Penn Forest Township.
