State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a theft case that happened between midnight and 7 a.m. Dec. 23 in Weisenberg Township.

The victim is Otto Karl Schick, 57, of the 3500 Block of Scherer Road, Kutztown.Police said someone removed a wooden samurai sword and a five-gallon gas can from outside the victim's residence and then removed about $40 from a vehicle that was parked at the residence.
