State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating an illegal dumping incident that happened between 12:30 p.m. April 10 and 4 p.m. April 12 at the Western Pocono Sportsman's Association property along Stony Mountain Road in Penn Forest Township.

Police said someone dumped garbage and tires at the site and fled in an undetected direction.Police identified the victim as Archibald Jamieson, 63, of Albrightsville.
