A Monroe County driver if facing multiple charges following an incident that occurred about 8:40 p.m. on Friday, April 8, in the Lamplight Estates, in Brodheadsville, Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said James Calvin Robbins Jr., 37, of Brodheadsville, is facing charges of criminal mischief, driving while his license is suspended-DUI related, careless driving, reckless driving, driving with an expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility and roadways laned for traffic.Troopers allege that Robbins drove his vehicle through the front yard of the property of Rick Williams II, 55, of Brodheadsville, in a reckless manner. Williams was able to identify Robbins as the driver of the vehicle and notified troopers.
