Rush Township police responded to a vehicle accident on Fairview Street at 3:26 a.m. Wednesday, March 23. They found a 1998 Subaru, which had struck a utility pole.

The vehicle had been operated by Jeffrey Wagner of Barnesville. Wagner was traveling east when he lost control on the snow- covered roadway. There were no reported injuries.
