Tamaqua Police released information on several recent arrests.
David Bilsak, 41, of 17 Snyder Ave., McAdoo, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct after he was found slumped over his steering wheel in the Turkey Hill parking lot on April 22.
Officers found two baggies containing white powder, a capped syringe and two glass pipes in Bilsak’s bag.
Steven Anthony Fourre, 25, of 182 Haddock St., McAdoo, was stopped for a traffic violation at 1:12 a.m. on April 24. Officers noted the smell of marijuana coming from the car and conducted a consent search. They found a small amount of marijuana, a bag containing a crushed, crystal like substance suspected to be methamphetamine and two pink pills, later identified as Ranitidine.
He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
Michael David Gazo, 47, of Albrightsville, was charged with criminal trespass and defiant trespass after he reportedly entered a tenant’s house at 11 a.m. on April 24.
