State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident whereby someone damaged the lawn of a property in Lower Towamensing Township.

The incident happened at 2 a.m. Nov. 21. The victim is Joshua Poysher, 32, of 2735 Hahn's Dairy Road, Palmerton.No details of how the damage was caused were provided by police.
