Jocelyn Abreu-Jerez, 36, of Brodheadsville, was cited by state police at the Fogelsville barracks after a two-vehicle crash at 6:52 p.m. June 4 on Golden Key Road in Weisenberg Township.

Police said she was cited for vehicles turning left after she failed to yield to oncoming traffic and caused the accident.Police said she was driving a 2011 Chevrolet Cruz when she was pulling out of the parking lot and entered the path of a vehicle traveling south on Route 863, causing the collision. That vehicle, a 2003 Saturn, was driven by Heather B. Horvath, 37, of Emmaus, who sustained minor injuries in the crash.Police said the latter vehicle needed to be towed from the scene.
