Frosty Mountain Beverage, Route 903, Penn Forest Township, Carbon County, has been cited by the Wilkes-Barre enforcement office of the state liquor board for violation of state liquor laws.

The violation took place on May 14 when the business sold, furnished and/or gave or permitted alcoholic beverages to a minor.The charge will be brought before an administrative law judge who has the authority to impose penalties ranging from $50-$1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses. In addition, the judge can also impose a license suspension or revocation of the license based on the severity of the charge brought against the defendant.
