Rush Township police recently cited three people for retail theft incidents at the Hometown Commons Walmart.
Joseph Triano, 23, of Tamaqua, was cited for retail theft and receiving stolen property after allegedly shoplifting $24 worth of merchandise from the retail giant. The incident happened on June 10.Also on June 10, Jacquelyn Taylor, 24, of Tamaqua allegedly took merchandise valued at $31.36 from the store.Casey A. Kreiger, 27, of Oneida, was charged with felony retail theft, felony receiving stolen property, and defiant trespass for a theft incident on May 29. Kreiger allegedly took items valued at $301.94. An active warrant has been issued for his arrest. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police at 570-668-4242.
