Two neighbors who engaged in threatening behavior against each other in a property dispute have been arrested by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Police said the incident happened at 12:20 p.m. June 18 along Richard Lane in Eldred Township.Cited were Jeffrey Barnett, 52, and Margaret Forte, 58, both of Kunkletown.
