On Wednesday, Nov. 10, the Western Pocono Community Library's TAB (Teen Advisory Board, 7-12 grades) and NiteLite (3rd-6th grades) groups will be meeting at 6:30 p.m. to learn about and discuss different ways to say "Thank You" in different languages, cultures, body language, etc. Each student should bring an old Thank You greeting card.
On Saturday, Nov. 13 it is National Gaming Day. WPCL will have a variety of board games available throughout the library for patrons of all ages to play from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. From 9 a.m.-12 p.m. there will be a Wii Bowling Tournament. From 12:30-3:30 p.m. there will be a Wii Golf Tournament. Both will be held in the Community Room. All games are open to all ages and are free to the public.
