The West Penn Township Neighborhood Crime Watch Group will meet at 7 p.m. Thursdayat the West Penn Twp. Municipal Building, 27 Municipal Drive, New Ringgold. Safer Streets for Tamaqua's Little Feet will give a presentation on drug use in the community.
