A Schuylkill County driver was injured in a one-vehicle crash that occurred at 7:18 a.m. on Sunday along Route 443 in Washington Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Rhonda L. Wolfe, 27, of Pine Grove, was driving a 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo westbound and attempted to pass another vehicle, but that vehicle slowed down as the driver attempted to make a left turn into a nearby driveway.Wolfe swerved to the left and traveled through the westbound and eastbound lanes, onto the berm and into a front yard of a residence, striking a tree.Wolfe was taken by Pine Grove ambulance to the Hershey Medical Center with moderate injuries.Wolfe was cited for the crash.
