State police at the Fern Ridge barracks are investigating a harassment case in which a 16-year-old from Stroudsburg has been receiving harassing telephone calls through her cell phone.

Police said the teen received the unwanted messages between Aug. 2-22 while the teen was at 1511 Wooded Acres Drive in Jackson Township.
