A Philadelphia man was arrested by Rush Township Police after a vehicle stop on Friday.

Officers stopped a vehicle on Fairview Street at 9:04 a.m. and found Franklin Prout, who was wanted on an outstanding warrant issued in Bucks County.He was lodged in the Schuylkill County Prison, awaiting transfer to Bucks County.
