Angie Louise Porter, 18, of Pottsville, was arrested by state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks on charges of retail theft (shoplifting) at 3:13 p.m. Sunday.

Police said it is alleged she proceeded through the Boscov's store in the Fairlane Village Mall, Norwegian Township, and concealed several pieces of merchandise having a collective value of $270.53 and attempted to leave the store without paying for the items.
