Pocono Mountain Regional Police have charged a New York City man with criminal mischief and reckless endangerment after he broke two windows in a Blakeslee home to try to get his 2-month-old son.

Steven Diaz, 27, Bronx, broke the windows in a house on Cranberry Drive in the Greenwood Acres development at 1:05 a.m. Wednesday.Police took Diaz to Pocono Medical Center for treatment of cuts on his hand and for a mental health evaluation.
