A Lansford woman was cited by Tamaqua police following an incident on Jan. 16 at the Dollar General Store, 1213 E. Broad St.

Jessica Marie Oswald, 25, of 201 E. Kline Ave., was cited for retail theft after an employee saw her stealing a DVD. The employee confronted Oswald, who gave back the disc and ran out of the store.The incident took place at 9:30 a.m.
