A Philadelphia driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence in Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Tarik Hobbs, 34, was driving a 2007 Nissan Quest southbound at 2:33 a.m. Sunday when she was stopped for traffic violations.She showed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance. She was given field sobriety tests then transported to the Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street in Pottsville for a blood test.Troopers said charges will be filed.
