A Schuylkill County motorcyclist is facing charges following an incident in Carbon County.

Nesquehoning police said Carey Lewis Brennan, 29, of 128 E. Penn St., Shenandoah, is facing charges after he was observed by a off-duty police officer passing multiple vehicles in a no-passing zone along Route 54 on June 11. Chief Sean Smith was able to stop Brennan and discovered he was not licensed. The bike was towed from the scene.A witness also told Smith that Brennan was exceeding the speed limit when passing other vehicles and nearly caused an accident.
