A road rage incident in Hometown on June 14 led to criminal charges against an Allentown man, while another man was taken to the hospital.

Rush Township Police charged Fabian Diaz, 27, with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct after he became involved in a fight with a 58-year-old Tamaqua man following a traffic incident.The fight took place on Mahanoy Avenue (Route 54), near the intersection with Route 309.The victim was transported to St. Luke's Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
