A Mahoning Township man was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol after an incident on May 22.

Police said Mark Stecyna, 24, is facing two misdemeanor counts of DUI, as well as a summary citation for limitations on turning around.Police said they stopped a vehicle at 11 p.m. on the above date for making a U-turn while obstructing traffic and for turning left in front of oncoming traffic.Stecyna was taken for a blood test, the results of which showed he had a blood-alcohol level of 0.11 at the time of the incident. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on July 29.
