McAdoo police have cited Ryan Buchman, 20, of Ringtown in connection with a disturbance on March 28.

Officers were dispatched to 211 E. Sherman St. at 2:31 a.m., and spoke with the resident, who said Buchman had been drinking and was "out of control." Officers heard him yelling and then saw him run out the back door and down the alley. An officer followed him.After a few minutes Buchman stopped, turned around and started walking back toward police. He shoved an officer and a struggle started.At one point an officer used an electronic stun gun in order to get handcuffs on the suspect.Buchman was cited for making terroristic threats.
