A criminal mischief incident that was reported at 3:54 p.m. Aug. 10 in the 100 block of Broad Mountain View Drive, Penn Forest Township, is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The Jim Thorpe woman reported someone climbed over a fence on her property, damaging the gate on it.
