State police at Frackville are investigating a hit-and-run that happened at 4:20

p.m.Wednesday on Ogden Street in Girardville.Police said a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country van was parked on the north side of the street when an unknown vehicle, traveling west, struck the van and left the scene without the drivers exchanging information.
