Two Monroe County residents are facing charges following an incident that occurred about 3:20 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 3.
State police at Lehighton said at the time and date stated, troopers were summoned by Monroe County Children & Youth personnel to a residence along SR209 in Polk Township to assist them with an individual that was wanted by police.At the scene troopers arrested Kevin C. Cummings, 27, of Gilbert, who was the wanted person. Also at the residence was Betty S. Altemose, 26, of Gilbert. Found in the home was drug paraphernalia. Both face drug counts, troopers said.
