The following people were recently cited by Tamaqua police:

• Christian M. Roberts, 19, of New Ringgold, was cited for retail theft after trying to steal a hoagie and a bottle of Gatorade from Boyer's Food Market, 210 Cedar St. The theft happened at 3:03 p.m. onTuesday and was witnessed by the store manager.• Joshua A. Robinson, 35, of Rolling Mill Avenue, Tamaqua, was cited for harassment after a domestic incident on March 26. Officers were called to his home where they learned of a disagreement between Robinson and a juvenile male.• Allison K. Serfass, 31, of Nesquehoning, was cited for retail theft and possession of a controlled substance (two counts) after she tried to steal several items from the Dollar General Store, 1213 E. Broad St. The store manager witnessed Serfass placing numerous items, valued at $14.48, in her purse onWednesday. Officers also found two prescription pills, Suboxone and alprazolam, in a plastic container in Serfass' purse.
