A Carbon County man has been charged with failing to follow the requirements of Megan’s Law concerning registering as a sexual offender.

State police at Lehighton said Matthew Garry Wentz, 37, of Parryville, failed to register/verify periodically in compliance with Megan’s Law.

He was charged with failure to comply with registration of sexual offenders requirements. The charge was filed with District Judge William J. Kissner of Palmerton.
