A Schuylkill County man was picked up on an outstanding warrant over the past weekend.

State police at Frackville said John Guman Jr., 48, of Girardville, was spotted about 8:35 p.m. on Friday, July 30, at the intersection of SR54 and N. West St., in Shenandoah. Troopers recognized him and knew there was a warrant of his arrest issued to MInersville police for indecent assault.Troopers took Guman into custody and later transferred him to Minersville police.
