Voting is now underway in PennDOT’s Paint the Plow competition involving six Schuylkill County school districts.

Students in Tamaqua Area, Shenandoah Valley, Weatherly, Mahanoy Area, North Schuylkill and Pine Grove Area high schools are competing for the “Fan Favorite Award” as determined by votes (likes) on PennDot’s Facebook page.

The students created works of art on plow blades that will be used on the streets of their respective school districts. The theme was “Don’t Crowd the Plow.”

Winners will be announced on Friday.
