Cream together the butter and sugar for 2 minutes. While mixing, sprinkle in the salt, then the flour, until incorporated. Slowly add the milk until mixed in by the whisk. With a spatula, fold in the blueberries, being careful not to break them. Spread the batter in the prepared baking dish.To prepare the topping, put the sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until it comes together and appears crumbly (about pea-sized pieces). Sprinkle the topping evenly over the batter.Bake 40-50 minutes until the top is slightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes, allowing for it to be cut into squares. Cut into 9 or 16 squares depending on your preference. Before serving, garnish each one with whipped topping, sliced strawberries and blueberries.David Venable is the host of "In the Kitchen with David" on QVC, and author of two cookbooks.
