A reloaded pitching staff now that Brett Kosciolek and Bo Rottet have taken their talent to high places.ERICA AND MATT DAVIS - A healthy newborn with the athletic genes of both Mom and Dad.JIM BARRON - A "Season In Blue" like he had as the starting guard on the Elizabethtown College team that reached the NCAA D-III Championship back in 2002.JILLIAN BARRON - A softball pitcher that can carry the Tamaqua team through the tough Schuylkill League.TOM KANGER - A few more girls javelin throwers to continue the string of Blue Raiders that have made it to states.CLEM MCCARROLL - Some experience to help guide the Tamaqua girls softball team back to districts.KRISTIN BLACK - An athletic team that will take the Panthers into the post-season.PAT CRAMPSIE - A 6-7 transfer that can dunk, rebound and block shots from any opponent that they play.WILLIAM LYNN - Some wins and improvement each night out to help rebuild the Panther Valley girls basketball program again.MARK ROSENBERGER - A shot at a District 11 playoff game, one step better than an Eastern Conference berth.TOM CONDLY - More wins to continue the road to success for his Jim Thorpe girls soccer team.TONY DIXON - Another giant step for the Jim Thorpe boys soccer team that qualified for districts this year.JASON MCELMOYLE - Some wins over the bigger teams on the Jim Thorpe boys basketball schedule now that things seem to be turning around.JOHN KOVACS - A shot at the Lehighton Christmas Tournament title and more.TOM MCCARROLL - Another season like this past season to kick off the Indians first year on their home turf field.DANNY WILLIAMS - A decent run in the Schuylkill League wrestling surroundings.RICH OERTNER - Some wins over the likes of Division I power Pottsville in the Schuylkill League Boys Basketball circuit.KYLE SPOTTS - A golf court to fly around the new Lehighton Athletic Complex once it's finished.ERIC GIDNEY - A spot in the Lehighton Christmas Tournament final for his Lady Indians.CHRIS WALKOWIAK - A bunch of linemen to replace those that he lost to graduation from this past season of Palmerton football.NATE PETROSKY - Another dominating player like Monica Wood so the Lady Bombers can make the district soccer playoffs again.JEFF MINNICH - Runners, runners and more runners for his Palmerton cross country and track teams.LEIGH KEENAN - At least one more win than last year from his Palmerton boys basketball team so it can make districts.RODNEY STROHL - A good run by the Palmerton junior high girls basketball team so they can reload the Lady Bombers varsity squad.ANDREW REMSING - A calendar with more than 30 or 31 days a month when the Palmerton stadium overhaul is done in a couple of years with everyone knocking on his door for playing time on it.MIKE SVETIK - A pitching rotation for his Palmerton Blue Bombers like my New York Mets to carry him through the Colonial League season.ROBERT HOCK - Some hitters to go along with the strong pitching that his Palmerton girls softball team should have this season.BRYAN GEIST - More PIAA playoff games to help the Northern Lehigh Boosters raise those much needed funds.JOE TOUT - A lot less injuries for his Northern Lehigh Bulldog football team and more depth for next football season.JESSICA FREW - A return to the Colonial League playoffs and a shot at those two big programs at Moravian Academy or Southern Lehigh.GREG KING - A complete turnaround record-wise from his first year as head coach of the Northern Lehigh baseball team.JEFF MILLER - A Colonial League win to get things rolling for the Nolehi boys basketball team.TONY THOMAS - More 20-point wins like his Northern Lehigh girls basketball team got earlier this week.JOSH SNYDER- Another Harry Hall and continued success for his Northwestern Lehigh football team.NATE HUNSICKER - So close to smelling Chocolate at Hershey, a trip to the state final next fall for the Tiger boys soccer team.CHRIS DEUTSCH - Another 200 wins as Northwestern Lehigh girls basketball coach.JASON ZIMMERMAN - Either a CC Sabathia jersey or Odell Beckham jersey, his two favorite professional athletes.JUSTIN MICKLOS - A few more wrestlers so he could fill a full Pleasant Valley lineup.JAKE PERCEY - Another head football coach to keep the Pleasant Valley program at a high level.NADIA GAURONSKY - A return to post-season play for the Lady Bears basketball team.EMMETT MCCALL - A Notre Dame win over Ohio State in the Fiesta Bowl.BRAD HURLEY AND TJ ENGLE - An offensive line to go along with the new offensive coordinator at Penn State.ROD HECKMAN - A chance to play goalie in one game for the Philadelphia Flyers.MIKE HAINES - A trip to The Masters.JUSTIN CARLUCCI - A chance to interview Marcus Mariota.BOB FORD - A year's supply of Mountain Dew.ANDY STEINMETZ - Another shot at coaching a high school tennis team.PATRICK MATSINKO - A chance to run in the Boston Marathon.And for all those that didn't make this year's list, have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
