Blue Mountain Health System and Arden Courts Memory Care Community will co-sponsor a free, three-week Lunch & Learn program on dementia.

Sessions will be from noon to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 18, Feb. 14 and March at the Bowmanstown Medical Plaza, 512 Bank St. in Bowmanstown.A complimentary lunch, sponsored by Arden Courts, will be included.The first session, Dementia 101, will include background information regarding possible physical, emotional and behavioral changes you may encounter along the journey if your loved one has been diagnosed with dementia.
