Blue Mountain bounced back from its first loss of the season with a big 29-7 Schuylkill Football League victory over Tamaqua in the Times News Game of the Week.

The Eagles (4-1) opened a 14-0 lead late in the first half before the Blue Raiders got on the board.

After a Josh Gordon interception, Thad Zuber hit Zeke Wassell to make it 14-7 at the break.

But those were the only points Tamaqua (3-2) could muster, as Blue Mountain pitched a shutout in the second half.
