Both sides of an altercation that occurred in Schuylkill County have been cited.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred about 11:36 p.m. on Wednesday, May 12, in the area outside of 736 Sunbury St., Minersville. Troopers said Rebekah Rose Rinker, 27 of that address, and Jason Oliver Bivins, 29, of Shillington, Berks County, became involved in a verbal argument that turned physical when the two began to push, shove and grab each other.Both were issued citations for harassment, troopers said.
