State police at Lehighton said they charged a New Tripoli man who posted threatening messages directed to state police on Facebook.

Jason Duddek, 32, pleaded guilty to harassment charges as a result of the incident that happened at 9:45 p.m. Aug. 6.

Police said after locating Duddek and talking to him, he was charged and arrangements were made for him to be arraigned before Magisterial District Judge William Kissner of Palmerton.
