They were married March 3, 1995.Lisa M. Frederick, 535 Railroad St., Tamaqua, filed suit for divorce from David G. Frederick Sr., 51 Chain Circle, New Ringgold. They were married June 6, 1987.Charges standJudge John E. Domalakes denied the motion of Douglas J. Schartel Jr., 22, Shenandoah, to suppress charges of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and while his license was suspended which was filed by Mahanoy City Officer Robert Romanick.Schartel claimed the officer had no reason to stop him on May 14, 2010. The officer claimed the car was making noises of a grinding nature on busy SR54 which gave him a reason for the stop and he observed the defendant's condition. The court ruled the officer was right in seeking a sobriety test.
