Craig Ronald Snyder, 43, of Saylorsburg, has been cited by state police at the Lehighton barracks with simple assault after an incident at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday in Ross Township.

Police said they were called to 5570 Forest Drive, Rossland Lakes, when Snyder allegedly struck Frank F. Fish, 42, also of Saylorsburg, with a closed fist causing him injury.
