An inmate at the county prison in Monroe County has been cited.

State police at Lehighton said Kevin James Herrick, 35, was cited for making continued contact with a 47-year-old female via mail and third party phone calls after he was directed to have no further contact with the woman.He was cited on Wednesday, April 14, troopers said.
