September 6, 2002 - Roland Kern completes 11-of-17 passes for 183 yards and two touchdowns to help Northwestern roll to a 40-6 Colonial League victory over Saucon Valley. Kern tosses a 36-yard score to Austin Bleam, and a 6-yarder to Ray Keshel. The Tigers, coached by Bob Mitchell, get an early lead when Nick Friday returns the game's opening kickoff for a 92-yard touchdown. Bleam, who finishes with 94 yards on the ground, and Kern also add TD runs, as does Travis Hunsicker.
