Upon the recommendation of the appropriate county row officers, the following positions and salaries were set for 2019 at the annual Carbon County Salary Board meeting, held in the commissioners’ meeting room on Monday.

The salaries and positions are effective Jan. 1 unless otherwise noted. Each employee will receive a 3 percent raise.

Clerk of Courts

• One first deputy at $29,666 per year

• One second deputy at $12,55 per hour

• One bench warrant clerk at $11.38 per hour

• One clerical specialist at $11.16 per hour

• Two clerical specialists at $10.84 per hour

• One temporary part-time clerk* at $10.32 per hour

• One solicitor at $1,300 per year

• Establish the position of one bench warrant clerk at $11.05 per hour

Bureau of Collections

• One director at $41,059.20 per year

• Two collection clerks II at $11.38 per hour

• One part-time automation clerk* at $9.83 per hour

Controller

• One accounting manager at $79,752.40 per year
