In response to the foreclosure crisis in Northeast Pennsylvania, North Penn Legal Services has received funding to help low-income people at risk of foreclosure receive free legal assistance. Potential clients must be income eligible and live in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Carbon, Pike or Monroe counties.
