Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

DUI: Chelsea Breiner, 27, Palmerton, charged with two counts of DUI and careless driving, for an incident Jan. 3 in the 500 block of Columbia Avenue.

Citations: Police also issued four citations each for speeding, traffic violations, and vehicle violations.
