The National Weather Service in Mount Holly, New Jersey, has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for Northeastern Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania until 3:45 p.m.
The storm has potential for 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Wind damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.
A tornado watch remains in effect until 8 p.m. for northeastern Pennsylvania.
