Music in the Park continues from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday in Kennedy Park at the gazebo next to the Panther Valley Football Stadium in Lansford.

This week’s entertainment is father and daughter duo, Don and Donna Nye, from Port Carbon, who are two of the founding members of the Kings and Queens band. They play classic rock, ’50s and ’60s and good-time oldies.

Music in the Park is sponsored by the Lansford Alive Events Committee.

Admission is free. Refreshments will be served. Bring lawn chairs or blankets.

This event benefits the revitalization of Kennedy Park.
