A Schuylkill County resident is facing charges following an incident that occurred about 10:20 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 6.

Troopers said the incident occurred at Whispering Pines, in Pine Grove Township. Troopers said Charles Gauker, 47, and Carl Adams, 54, both of Pine Grove, were invovled in a dispute. During the dispute Adams allegedly charged at Gauker, who was standing on his porch, and tore the shirt off of the victim and scratched the victim's neck.Troopers said Gauker suffered two scratches to the neck causing the neck to bleed. Adams was charged with harassment, troopers added.
